JUDGEMENT

                        Complainant present with their advocate. Respondent no.3 Life Insurance Corporation of India  present with Advocate.  Compromise is read and recorded on  Exh.13.  Respondent no.3 has paid the amount Rs.45,000/- by cheque no. 022247 to the complainant. 

                        Hence, case stand disposed.

                        The Complainant be returned the complaint set

            as per section 20 (3) Consumer Protection Act,.1986.
