File taken up on National Lok Adalat. On 6.5.2016, Sh. Ajay Shanker, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.3 suffered statement that opposite party No.3 is ready to refund the price value of of the mobile hand set in question amounting to Rs.5249/- to the complainant subject to return of original handset in question, job sheet and bill to the service centre within 15 days from that date. On 11.6.2016, Sh.Atul Kumar, complainant suffered statement that he accepts the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.3 vide statement dated 6.5.2016. As such, he withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
