     Vide his separate statement recorded on 04.04.2024, Sh.Kuldeep Kumar, Complainant No.2 in person, also on behalf of Complainant No.1, has stated that he withdraw the present consumer complaint and prayed that it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. The present consumer complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
