Final Order / Judgement

Record is placed before the Upabhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 13.07.2023 for settlement of the matter.

It has been submitted by the Dhr on 13.07.2023 that the Jdr has paid Rs.1,61,000/- to him out of Rs.1,71,000/- and an amount of Rs.10,000/- is still due from the Jdr.  It has also been submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the Jdr that Jdr will pay the said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Dhr. 

In view of the submission made by both the parties, the Jdr is directed to pay the balance decreetal amount of Rs.10,000/- within one month from the date of passing of this order.

Hence, the CDF/Unit-II/EA No. 98/2022 is settled and disposed of finally though the Upabhokta Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.

If the Jdr transgress to comply with the order of the Lok Adalat, the petitioner / Dhr may file application for realization of the balance amount as per Law.
