Order No. 06, Dated: 14.03.2015

            The record is placed before this Lok Adalat as per order No.5, dated 12.03.2015.  On call both the parties along with their respective Ld. Advocates are found present.   On discussion it is admitted that the Jdr. has complied the directions as mentioned in the impugned judgment under execution.  The Dhr. has submitted that he is not willing to proceed with this case further and has prayed to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.  On examining the parties we all the members of this Lok Adalat are satisfied that the directions as mentioned above have been complied with.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the execution application No.71/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction.  The record shows that W/A was issued against the Jdr. but the same has not yet been executed.

            Recall W/A issued against the Jdr. on 3.3.2015 at once. 

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost and the case record be returned to the Forum from which it was received.
