Final Order / Judgement

           Perused the case record, evidences submitted by both the parties and found that there is no specific prayer and evidence submitted by the complainant against the OP. The Complainant has suppressed the actual facts of the matter and also not given any evidences regarding allegations mentioned in his petition. Even in due course of time the Complainant is not able to pay the required EMIs in due date and became a regular defaulter with the result a huge outstanding amount till date. Complainant cannot sleep silent and escape from his liberty. It is the duty of the Complainant to pay the EMIs in time. Hence, this case is dismissed on contest.

            Accordingly this case is disposed of.
