Matter was passed over. On the second call also, none is present on behalf of petitioner. Notice was issued to petitioner counsel for today and he has been duly served. But none is present on behalf of petitioner. Vide order dated 03.01.2011, petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs, 4,000/- by a demand draft directly to the respondent within four weeks. Learned counsel for respondents states that till date respondent has not received a sum of Rs. 4,000/- as directed by this commission. Since, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner for the last two consecutives dates nor he has not complied with the order dated 03.01.2011, present revision petition is dismissed in default as well as for non compliance of the orders, passed by this commission.
