Adv. Mr. Alaspurkar for the revision petitioner is present. We heard him and perused the revision petition and copy of impugned judgment and order. Adv. Mr. Alaspurkar for the revision petitioner has fairly conceded that the revision petitioner has challenged the same order which is summarily dismissed by this Commission. But on the basis of the decision of the National Commission in the case of  Puran Murti Education Society Vs. UHBVNL, I (2013) CPJ 40 (NC) he has filed fresh revision petition. But since the revision petition is already dismissed summarily, now the fresh revision petition, cannot be entertained as this Commission is no jurisdiction to modify, set aside or review its own order. Hence, this revision petition is also dismissed summarily.
