This record is placed before the Lok Adalat for its disposal. Both parties are present by filing their haziras through the ld. Advocate respectively. The parties to this case have come to an amicable settlement following which they have compromised this case wherein O.P. No.1 agrees to pay Rs.12, 50,000=00 and Rs. 1, 75,211=00 as full and final settlement of this complaint.
Today the O.P. No.1 is submitting the two Demand Drafts bearing No. 822898 dated 02.08.2018 and No.048624 dated 06.09.2018 of Rs.12, 50,000=00 and Rs.1, 75,211=00 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. paid by the Tanvee Green City Private Limited.
The Complainant is accepting the said two drafts with receiving note and the receipt is also filed as the parties has settled the matter through this Lok Adalat amicably. With this observation the case record is disposed of through this Lok Adalat.
The plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties with free of cost.
