Both the parties are present and files a petition duly signed by each of the parties on the ground stated there in. Sri Jyoti Prakash Mohapatra, Mediator is present and files a conciliation report on the ground stated there in. Perused the petitions along with case record. Heard.

In view of the aforesaid observations and considering the submission of both the parties, it is settled between both the parties mutually with full and final satisfaction through Mediation as the amount of Rs 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand) only has been duly received in shape of A/c cheque bearing No. 032516 dt. 18.10.2023 of S/B Account No. 3859020100004792 of O.Ps by both complainants No. 1 & 2.

Hence, the consumer complaint case is disposed of with full and final satisfaction of both the parties through Mediation accordingly.
