     Vide his separate statement recorded on 02.02.2024, Sh.Vinay Arora, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.1000/- in cash from Sh.Sandeep Kumar, OP No.2 in person, being Proprietor of OP No.1, as full & final settlement in the present consumer complaint and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
