            Today is fixed for passing order on the point of admission.

            The matter was heard on 01.03.2021.

Perused the consumer complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto.

            On perusal of tax invoice both dated 23.10.2019, it appears that the complainant purchased gold ornaments from the OP and there is no terms and conditions in the fore-corner of the tax invoice dated 23.10.2019 that 100 % gold exchange policy is applicable for new purchases. The complainant alleged that Sales Person named Ms. Sunita verbally assured that they have a 100 % gold exchange policy where old ornaments could be exchanged against new purchases. Except word of mouth, there is no documentary evidence regarding 100 % gold exchange policy. Therefore, we are of the view that there is no unfair trade practice and/ or deficiency in service on the part of the OP. Thus, the consumer complaint is not admitted and liable to be dismissed.
