Sh.Vivek Sheoran, Advocate for OPs alongwith Sh.Akash Gupta, Representative/Store Manager of OPs.

ORDER

1.   Affidavit on behalf of OPs has been filed.

2.   At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Akash Gupta, Representative/Store Manager of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OPs have received the product in question(Bracelet) from the complainant and in lieu of the same, OPs shall pay an amount of Rs.1,13,000/- to the complainant within a period of 10 days from today as full and final settlement of the present matter and the said amount shall be transferred in the bank account of the complainant, the details of same are being provided by the complainant in her statement. Vide his separate statement, Mrs.Sunita Arora, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Akash Gupta, Representative/Store Manager of OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement. The complainant has given her bank account details as under:-
