ORDER
A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.
Sh. Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for the Complainant has made the following statement:-
“On the instructions of my client, I do not press this complaint at this stage, due to technical defect. He has sent an e-mail to this effect, which is Annexure ‘X’. It be dismissed as withdrawn, with permission to file fresh complaint, on the same cause of action, after removal of the defects (Jurisdiction) before the appropriate Court / Forum/ Authority / Commission.”
In view of the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Complainant, this Consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh complaint, on the same cause of action, after removal of the defects, before the appropriate Court/Forum/Authority/Commission.
The parties shall be bound by the statement made before this Forum.
Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
