     Complainant represented by his authorized agent  Manikandan Karuvachery.  Heard the complainant side.  The matter involved in this case is regarding the dealership.  The complainant is  not a consumer as per Consumer  Protection Act.  Hence the complaint is not maintainable before this Forum and the same is dismissed.
