None present for the Petitioner. The case of the Petitioner/Complainant is that the Petitioner is 70 years of age. He boarded the Bus intended to travel upto Tiruvannamalai. The Complainant has paid Rs.20/- to the conductor and demanded travelling ticket upto Tiruvannamalai. He also alleged that Complainant delivered a ticket for Rs.7/- only and failed to return the balance amount of Rs.13/-. The Complainant was travelling in the bus lieing on the seat thought on fond hope that the conductor would make an alarm when the bus would reach Tiruvannamalai. Instead of the stand of Tiruvannamalai, conductor forced the Complainant to get down from the bus after 6 kms. from Tiruvannamalai. Petitioner contended that he has expressed his readiness to pay additional fare for the next stop i.e. Chengam. But he was compelled to get down at the lonely place even without handover the balance amount of Rs.13/-. The Petitioner filed a complaint before the District Forum praying for Rs.77,513/-. The break of Rs.77,513/- is as under:- For physical suffering mental agony and other deficiency Rs.75,000.00 Balance amount apart actual fare Rs. 13.00 Litigation expenses Rs. 2,500.00 ____________ Rs.77,513.00 ____________ We perused the orders of District Forum and State Commission. There is absolutely no piece of evidence to prove the contention of the Petitioner. One can see from the grounds filed in the revision petition that Petitioner being 70 years old man must have been harassed by this incident but without any evidence it is very difficult to uphold his contentions. In view of the aforesaid discussions, the revision petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
