THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to allot the flat at Rs.8,47,200/-  with interest and also to refund a sum of Rs.8,000/- and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.5,000/- as cost of the complaint.

       

       

The complainant reported dead long back.  No steps taken for impleading legal heirs for long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as abated.
