                    (The matter has been heard through virtual hearing).

                   Mr. Bhupinder Singh Gupta, counsel for the appellant states at Bar that compromise has been effected between the parties. He has also placed on record a copy of the order dated 14.01.2022 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rohtak. He also states that in view of the settlement between the parties, he does not want to pursue the present appeal and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.  

 

 

2.                Present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the statement made by learned counsel for the appellant. File be consigned to the records.

3.                Statutory amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.
