                        The complaint has filed a Memo and submitted that after receipt of notice from the Hon’ble Forum the OP has replace Mobile hand set to the complainant and the complaint also delivered the old set and the Ops give the new Mobile set and the case dispute has been settled out of the forum and prayed to drop the case in the interest of justice.

                              We perused the petition and also heard the complainant.  As the complainant   has   received his claim product and does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                

                               Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
