The impugned order under challenge was passed by the State Commission in execution proceeding. Against the order passed in execution, only appeal shall lie and present petition, prima facie, is not maintainable. Petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy available before the appropriate Forum. In view of the statement given by petitioner no.1, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, Liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Dasti.
