Complainant takes no step today.

      Today is fixed for admission hearing. The record shows that 06.12.22 was fixed for admission hearing. On that day also the Complainant took no step.

      The case of the Complainant in short is that the Complainant Mojammel Hoque, Prop. Haque Hardware is the authorized dealer of JSW Cement under Taj Enterprise and he has been dealing with the OP in good faith. The Complainant had placed an order to the OP for sending cement of JSW and as per order OP sent JSW product against the challan No. 2032 and 2041 both dated 28.06.22 through the transporter Singha Transport ( Lorry Supplier and Commission Agent) at Hatibana Road, Cossimbazar, Dist-Murshidabad.

     We peruse the contends of the complaint. We can’t understand the head or tale of the Complaint. Moreover, we also find in the complaint, that the address of OP No.2 is not mentioned. On repeated calls none appears on behalf of the Complainant. Under such circumstances we are not in a position to admit the complaint and as such the complaint is liable to be dismissed.

    Hence, it is

                                              ORDERED

that the instant case No. CC/121/2022 is not admitted and as such it is dismissed on merit.
