This Execution Application was filed by the petitioner/decree Holder against the Judgment Debtors/opposite parties for compliance of the order passed in FA.No.65/2019 in CC.No.No.40/2018 dated 29.04.2022 failing which, to issue warrant of arrest U/S 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Memo filed by Judgment debtors that as Decree Holder refused to receive the decreetal amount and hence he converted the same to FDR and requested this commission to accept the same.
Memo recorded. As the Decree Holder refuses in the open court to receive the money/DD, we accepted the FDR and also informed the Decree Holder that at any time he can claim the same by filing appropriate petition.
Since the amount has been paid by Judgment Debtors/opposite parties as per the order nothing servives and we close the Execution Application. No Cost.
