Case record taken up today for hearing . Complainant as well as O.P are absent on call. Perused the material available on record . The complainant prayed for a direction against the O.P for mutation  of land record any fee paid to the statutory authority for mutation is not treated as consideration for service under C.P Act . There are appellant  authority under OLR Act to heard the grievances against the inaction of the O.P for mutation of the land record . However, the complainant has approached before this Commission . but failed to substantiate his case as maintainable under C.P Act . This complaint is devoid of merit , stands dismissed . However , on order to cost.  Copy of the order be supplied to the party for their perusal . interim application pledging if any is deposed off accordingly.
