Case is posted today for further order on the memo filed by the Complainant stating therein that the Complainant is dead.

To sum up the case, the Complainant Satyananda Bariha has filed this case against The Tahsildar, Barpali and The Collector, Bargarh to cause demarcation of the schedule land as mentioned therein the schedule. While the case was posted for additional version by the OP, in the meantime it came to the notice of the forum through the Addl. G.P. representing the OPs that the Complainant has died on Dt. 20/07/2015 and against which no substitution has been made yet. But to ascertain the fact of the death of the Complainant the OPs and the Complainant directed by the forum to give an evidence to that effect.

After served adjournment taken by both the parties finally the advocate for the Complainant was directed to produce if he is alive before the forum, then also he failed. And ultimately the advocate for the Complainant informed the forum by filing a memo that the Complainant is dead since Dt. 20/07/2015 as submitted by Addl. G.P. By then and in the meantime, the stipulated period for substitution has also gone beyond and nobody were substituted in place of the Complainant. And also today the advocate for the Complainant did not take any step. Hence the case is abetted against the Complainant and as such the case is dropped today in the open forum.
