ORDER

     Correct address of OP not filed. Perusal of the record shows that complainant has not appeared for the last two dates of hearing. Today also neither complainant nor her counsel put in appearance. Opposite Party(OP) could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP, but she has not turned up to pursue this case, nor furnished correct address of OP. Repeated non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
