Heard authorised representative of respondent on miscellaneous application No.1499 of 2009 filed for release of Rs,1,50,000/- deposited by petitioner-Corporation with National Commission on 21.02.2005 in pursuance of direction of this Commission in revision. Finding of State Commission having upheld by National Commission, an award of Rs.2,40,000/- was passed alongwith interest @ 6% per annum. Miscellaneous application has been filed as noticed above for release of deposited amount by petitioner-Corporation in his favour. We accordingly direct that the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- be released in favour of authorised representative of respondent, on proper verification. For payment of rest amount awarded, the same shall be processed by District Forum.
