This file is placed before the Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the complainant. The ld. Counsel for the complainant is present and the complainant is also present in person. The record reveals that the ex parte hearing of this complaint is fixed on 25.10.2016.
Today the ld. Counsel for the complainant, as well as, the complainant himself has filed one petition stating that during pendency of this complaint the Ops have paid the settlement amount to the complainant. For this reason the complainant is willing to withdraw the complaint. According to the complainant until and unless this application is allowed by the ld. Forum he will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
Upon careful perusal of the said application filed by the complainant it is seen by us that as the dispute/grievance of the complainant has already been settled amicably out of this ld. Forum and where the complainant is not inclined to continue with this complaint further, under this situation the complainant is allowed to withdraw his complaint. Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 205/2015 is hereby disposed of on the ground of non-prosecution.
