None for Ops no. 1 & 3.

                   As per the report of Assistant the Ops no. 1 & 3 are served.  Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of Ops no. 1 & 3.  Hence they are procceded against exparte.

                   Both appearing parties stated that they have compromised.  Their statement recorded.  The counsel for the OP no. 2 stated that the OP no. 2 will refund Rs. 12,000/- the cost of mobile handset to the complainant within a one month and in view of the statement of the complainant in person accepted his offer and withdrawn his complaint.  In view of the statement of the parties, the complant is disposed of that the OP no. 2 shall refund Rs. 12,000/- to the complainant within a one month.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statement. Hence the complaint of the complainant is hereby disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room
