Present:-     None for the complainant.

                    This case was filed by the complainant on 12.12.2013.  Since then this case is being adjourned for notice to the parties but the notice could not be issued to the Ops for want of copies of complaint, RC etc.  as per the report of the Assistant.  On the several hearings none is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  For the last 2 years this case is hanging for the notice to the Ops.  In the circumstances further adjournment is not justified, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and as well as in default. File be consigned to the record room.
