Order

The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

The complainant is physically present.

The O.P. is also present  along with his lawyer.

The case is amicably settled by and between the parties whereby the O.P. has agreed to pay Rs.8,000/- to the Complainant within one month from this date as full and final settlement and satisfaction of the claim.

Hence, ordered ………

That the case is disposed of on full and final settlement and satisfaction subject to payment of Rs.8,000/- within the stipulated date by electronic transfer.

 The case record be sent to the regular bench of DCDRC, Bankura.
