The Consumer Case TCA-16/2007-2008
The case was heared on 25/04/2008 at the office chamber of D.C-Cum- President, CDRF, Tawang.Heared both the parties 
respective versions. After hearing both the parties, the President CDRF Tawang pronounced his judgement by seeing 
the respondent guilty and directed the respondent to pay Rs. 500/- to the appellant which included Rs.238/- (the 
excess charged amount) and Rs.262/- as the compensation.
Further the respondent was directed to submit Rs. 500/- into the amount of District Consumer dispute Redressal Form,
making the total penality imposed to Rs.1000/-.
Both the party agreed upon and hence, the case was disposed on 25/04/2008
