parties to this filed their memo jointly stating therein that, their dispute has been settled outside the Commission and as per the settlement between them the complainant disposed Rs.40,000/- to the office of O.P . So the above name petitioner do not want to proceed with this case and wants to withdrawn this complainant .Heard the complainant and found that he is intending to withdraw this complaint without any pressure or coersion form any corner . Hence this memo is accepted be formed as part of this order.

In view of the above said settlement, the case is dismissed against the O.P and accordingly the case is closed.
