Heard AR on behalf of OP.Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 08.03.2019, 10.05.2019, 06.06.2019, 22.08.2019&22.11.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, OP has filed written statement on 06.06.2019 and despite giving repeated opportunities to file rejoinder and evidence, the complainant has failed to file the same.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
