Present Complainant in person. During the course of argument, AR of OP appeared in other case, copy of complaint alongwith document supplied to AR of OP & OP submitted that bill for dishonest Abstraction of Energy dated 09.10.2019 was prepared after passing Speaking Order dated 09.10.2019 and in view of the same, this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain DAE in this case.

Complainant wants to withdraw the case. Request of the complainant is considered and allowed.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
