It is admitted by parties that connection in question is NDLT one. It is submitted by complainant counsel that she wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to approach appropriate court/commission as per law. She further requested that two months time be given to her to approach appropriate court/commission, meanwhile, OP be prevented from taking any coercive action.

In view of the above submission made by complainant counsel the present complaint stand disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate court/commission as per law. OP is further directed not to take any coercive action within 60 days of the receipt of this order against complainant.

The present complaint disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid direction.
