This is the complaint filed under sec. 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, regarding supply of inferior quality tiles and seeking compensation from the opposite parties.
- The second opposite party filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them.
- Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for her. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that she is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
