              Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite parties jointly and severally to return ticket charges of Rs.570/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- as damages with cost of the  complaint to the complainant.

         No representation for the complainant, opposite parties’ counsel represented that the complainant neither complied the condition not filed the proof affidavit till this date.  Perused the records.  Proof affidavit of complainant not filed, inspite of several adjournments  and not even complied the order of this forum dated 8.5.2015  till this date.  Complainant called absent, this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
