The record is put up on the prayer of the complainant. The complainant has filed an application supported by an affidavit for withdrawal of complaint on the ground that this case has amicably been settled in between the parties by the intervention of the well-wishers of both sides and registered agreement for sale in respect of the property involved in this dispute will be executed. Ld. Advocate for the OP is present.
Heard both sides. Considered. There is no bar to withdraw the case if settlement has been done in between the parties. The petition for withdrawal of the case disclosed every material for the purpose of withdrew the case.
Considering the statement of both sides we are of opinion that this case may be withdrawn and disposed of.
