As the M.A. being no-192/2016 has been allowed on contest without any cost with the observation that this Forum has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try the C.C. No. 137/2016 hence, the petition of complaint being no. 137/2016 is hereby dismissed without any cost.  But the Complainants are at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Court/Commission, if not barred otherwise, in view of the judgment of Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. PSG Industrial Institute (1995 AIR 1428). The office of the ld. Forum is directed to return the complaint to the Complainants after compliance with all formalities as per law.
