                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite parties to provide elevator and  to provide Rs.60,000/- per month being the equated monthly installment and Rent of Rs.20,000/- per month from July 2012 to till the three phase connection is given by the 2^nd opposite party and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards mental agony and hardship and Rs.25,000/- towards the cost of the complaint to the complainant.
