ORDER

Order dt.29/02/1996 The respondent No.1 shall return a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant along with 12% interest P.a. from 23-11-94 till the payment. The case against O.P 2 to 4 is dismissed. The first respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- as a compensation towards the mental agony caused and suffering caused to the complainant and a further sum of Rs.200/- as costs of the porceedings.
