O R D E R

            Complainant and opposite parties represented and filed a joint memo stating that the matter in dispute is settled between the parties out of court.  As per the settlement the complainant received the Grinder from the opposite parties with full and final satisfaction. The complainant has no further claim against opposite parties.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
