The Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawing the case on the ground as stated therein. Copy duly served.

The Ld. Agent for the Complainant submits that they are not willing to proceed with the case.

The Complainant is present and submits that he will not proceed with the case.

In this circumstances the prayer is allowed.
