Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant has not taken any steps even at 1:05 pm when the matter is taken up for consideration.

No show cause has been filed.

Heard and considered submission of the ld. Advocate for ops. As per submission of the ld. Advocate of ops the complainant was directed to file show case vide order no. 29 dt. 26.7.2022. Thereafter the complainant has filed show cause but again the complainant remained absent and even on this day the complainant has not filed any show cause. So, the conduct of the complainant is clearly depicting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
