Present:     Sh. Tarun Rohilla, Adv. for the complainant.

                  Ms. Rakhi Verma, Adv. for the Op.No.1.

                  Op No.2 already exparte.

 

                 Ld. Counsel for both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded.  Statement of ld. counsel for the Op No.1 recorded to the effect that they have already passed the claim to the tune of Rs.11,150/- regarding the mobile set of complainant and they will pay the said amount to the complainant through DD within one month subject to deposit of old mobile set alongwith accessories in the service-centre.  Statement of ld. counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of said statement given by ld. counsel for the Op No.1, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
