Present:       None for  DH.

                   Sh.R.K.Bhardwaj Advocate for JD No.3.

                   Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of DH. On the other hand, ld. counsel for the JD has placed on record a copy of letter of the opposite party dated 14.02.2019 as per which counsel for the DH Sh. Sanjeev Batra  has made an endorsement on the letter that he  received the cheque on behalf of his client amounting to Rs.41436/- in the present case and has duly signed the alleged receipt. Perusal of this document shows that the DH has already settled the case with the JD  and has received the payment. So he has not come present before this Forum. It is already 3.30.P.M. No more wait is justified. As such present execution is hereby dispose of being settled between the parties. 

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
