ORDER

The counsel for the JD has handed over a demand draft of Rs.24368/- to the counsel for the complainant, towards full and final settlement, which has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the execution application that he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
