ORDER:

Complainant has made a statement that he has received a DD. No. 890005 dated 08.02.2018 amounting to Rs. 5500/- as full and final payment from the OP-1. Hence he withdraw the present complaint.

In view of statement of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
