                   Complainant/DH made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties. As per compromise, he has received a DD no.637229 dated 5.5.2017 of Rs.15,471/- in compliance of the order under execution.

                   In view of statement of complainant/DH, present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
