Perusal of the record shows that AR of the Complainant was lastly appeared on 20.02.2020. Thereafter, he stopped appearing before this Commission. The matter is still at initial stage. It seems that Complainant is not interesting in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-appearance and non-prosecution.
